A Website Built Around How People Choose an Estate Agent
Switch Estates came to me for a new website that would support the day-to-day needs of a growing local estate agency. People needed to be able to understand the service, browse available homes and book a valuation without searching around the site.
I designed and developed the website, which launched in December 2025. I continue to provide website hosting and ongoing updates, so the team has somebody familiar with the website available when content or functionality needs to change.
The finished site gives sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants a clear route to the information they need, while keeping the free valuation booking visible throughout the customer journey.

The website was built in WordPress with a bespoke Advanced Custom Fields setup for property management. Instead of forcing each property into a standard blog post or an awkward page builder, the important information has its own clearly labelled fields.
This makes property details more consistent and easier to maintain. The team can update photographs, descriptions and property information while the website keeps the presentation tidy for visitors.
